It's true he does look 'bigger' after '84 than he did in '82, I think it was the lack of touring, it made him a bit 'sloppy' (he has a belly on The Works Tour pictures from Rio and so forth!)

^Freddie started workout in the early 80`s but only part time for touring. That`s the reason why he was so "masculine" during Live Aid. Obviosly he was in a workout period in preparation for the "Works" Tour( Japan/Australia) at that point.

Well the United States of Government are working on this issue, and Canary Wharf and in particular, 8, Canada Square E14 is the first target but there are many others in Zone 2 and Zone 1 of London.
