Any FLAC download would be an illegal rip of the cd, so that kinda defeats your own point. As usual, I'd add.[/QUOTE]
Lol.
Well as I said before I will buy and no matter mp3 or AAC. AAC better than mp3

New album coming and no Jacko! I'm definitely cool with that! :-) And Brian mainly responsible for doing t makes me confident it's gonna be good, if not great. Made in Heaven is our only posthumous album to date and I was pretty nuts about that one!

Are you sure that no Jacko?

No, but the last interview I read with Brian didn't mention Jacko and the interviewer pointed that out instead of simply asking Brian if the Jacko stuff was still going ahead. So basically I think that sort of interview is basically a mouthpiece for the Queen publicity machine and basically initally floated the idea that the Jacko tracks would no longer be included. I mean with all the stuff still going down with the Jacko estate and the movie not being ready this year now, I reckon they've decided it's a no go zone at the moment.
So maybe they've decided to go ahead with the release anyway. And from what Brian has now said, there could be a bunch of releases using Pro Tools, which was what I and some others had suspected all along anyway. And Brian and Roger (not to mention the rest of us!) aren't still going to be around unless they get on with releasing whatever's left!

Believe me there is heaps of unreleased Queen tracks, but brian being brian is just stubborn
to work on them all!
Freddie said in 1989 to mike read that Queen had lots of left over tracks, but they decided to work on a select few, for the Miracle album
but the rest was still running around somewhere!
The michael / freddie tracks are on the new Queen album because that is what got this project off the ground in the first place.

Trust me, you haven't truly experienced my wit until you've heard me when I'm on fire during say a podcast. I'm sure Gregsynth can vouch for that, after the infamous, erm, "cut" related jokes that ensued on our last PM Radio Xmas Eve Edition podcast in response to a slip up.
