I read somewhere that Freddie used to cry when looking at himself (seeing the state of his face) in the mirror while putting makeup during the filming of this video. Must have been the same thing for These are the days of our lives...

Freddie was a human being. Even if he put a brave face in public, maybe when he was alone he would cry and that was his right. Maybe what I read was not true, but true or not true, Freddie was entitled to do it.

The red eye in days of our lives video wasn't crying it was a medical issue as a result from the aids virus.
