Offcourse we already knew that Brian and Roger were there...
As from the very first second the crowd was going wild... I guess there were 4 standing ovations during the whole WWRY performance... The first one just after Radio GaGa, the first performed song of the musical (after Innuendo with Freddie's vocals)... The crowd stood up and went crazy for minutes! What a start!
The rest of the musical was as usual, but the atmosphere was better than even... YOU HAD TO BE THERE...
Durnig Bohemian Rhapsody Brian took the stage... He was brought up by an elevator type of thing with lot's of smoke... And after the operatic section, Roger did the same (his drumkit was build on the Tot.Court Rd. station)...
There is some footage on YouTube...
After Bo.Rhap Brian and Roger did speech (Dr. May with glasses!) en as a true final they played The Show Must Go On!
Unfortunately Ben Elton couldn't be there.
Other 'celebs' in the audience were:
Anita Dobson, Brians daughther, Roger's kids, Kerry Ellis, Adam Lambert, Mazz Murray...

Cool that you were at the last one.
A couple of questions.. Did they do the full Don't Stop Me Now or was it cut off mid way as usual? I thought as it was the final one it may have gone uninterrupted.
Also, I saw via twitter that Its A Beautiful Day was performed which isn't part of the usual set.. can you confirm this?

I was there also Friday night :-)
In respect of your questions: Don't Stop Me Now was interrupted with the famous MAAAAAAAAAAAAAADAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMM!!!
And yes, before Innuendo was played, they started with (taped) It's A Beautiful Day. The crowd was standing, screaming and clapping along! Still shivers when I think about that...

Got this Saturday some information from the guy who has worked 12 years in the Dominion Theater as the guitar technician... The sequal will open in 2015...

Makes sense. With the tour and the new album coming up, their attention to other projects will be very limited over the next few months. And a musical is a big project in itself, so they will always want to take their time with that.

I've also absolutely hated going to Anniversary performances to see Brian & Roger play with the cast, so I'd be glad never to have to do that again...

From what I've heard. The Domonion was in need of some structural work. This couldn't be done while there was a production in the venue.
This is, as I understand it, the main reason for Rock You ending. And the sequel could well end up opening at the same theatre next year once the work is completed.
