I must conclude that the intro is piano with a tape running at a different speed... I believed it could be piano but the sound (specially in the first 2 or 3 seconds) sounds so out of this world that I couldnt imagine it was a piano!

I used electric guitar, acoustic guitar and piano all playing the same notes simultaneously. I suspect Queen did something similar...
