^ this review insists a Big Spender medley was played. So is it possible that one of the encores has been cut from the CD .. ?
Maybe the same reason why Brian wasn't allowed to use "God" on his Brixton VHS/CD ?
Then why would Big Spender be on the Wembley release and not Rainbow if that were the case, theoretically speaking?

Good point, I completely forgot it's on Wembley

#2 and #3 may be your best bet, unless #4 has the 2cd version (the press release doesn't clarify which audio will be in that configuration).

From what I can tell, it looks like all seven options will be available in North America, no ?

Thank you Real Wizard I will take note of that!

Just pre ordered the super box and the 4lp box... don't know how i'm going to explain this to the missus... hopefully she'll understand!

yep, just saw the pre-order is available at the QOL store ... put I prefer ordering at Amazon. Lower prices and shipping costs, for sure.
I´ll be going for the Superdeluxe package and I´m highly tempted to get the 4 vinyl as well :-D

Amazing news ! Finally some terrific release from Queen Prod.

Am I going blind or do they not have the DVD/BluRay for sale on the QOL Store?

I'm with Akin, Budapest was a disappointment. I had it on VHS and the blu-ray upgrade wasn't much of an improvement.

Regarding Rainbow; if it was shot on 2 inch videotape, the original resolution is only about 400 lines, so bumping it to blu-ray probably won't be an improvement.

But hey! it's got Fairy Feller!!

So VHS quality vs Blu-Ray quality is about the same? I think Budapest looks pretty damn great, maybe except for colour correction.

Well, theoretically it will be an improvement in a sense that they can fit much higher bitrate on Blu-Ray and BR codec is superior to the old MPEG-2, so there would be hardly any compression. I think it would overall look a bit better.

Big Spender is on the November CD too, so it surely can't be copyright reasons.

Press release has been updated, God Save the Queen is on both CD and DVD/BD
