...ok, bit of pointless post perhaps, but was Freddie the shorter one?
He was about 1.77cm from what i find in the net.
His long legs and posture made him look taller though.
Deacon 1.77 or 1.78cm
Taylor 1.78 or 1.79cm
and May arournd 1.87 or 1.88 cm
Is that valid?

Interesting question - I was thinking about this only a few days ago.
I think Freddie and John were of very similar height - [url=http://www.queen-tribute.de/band90.JPG]http://www.queen-tribute.de/band90.JPG[/url]. None have perfect posture in that photo (Roger looks shorter than he really is), but it can be seen that Freddie and John were both around 5'9" - I'd give John 5'9.25" maybe.

Actually i like a lot Brian's posture in that pic. He used to have his arms like that ( hands in hips) when standing on the side. It created a nice balanced frame for the Queen force.
