It isn't. Jim's hair was shorter, and he had a receding hair line.
Pretty sure old Jimmy boy was backstage somewhere. He wasn't the type to stand in full view of the crowd.
Jim was in the crowd stage right, he is the one Freddie is constantly looking at and blowing kisses to.... no joke...

Thats what i thought too.
Jim didn't look like that either, there are pics of Jim backstage. A completely different looking person. Freddie just caught the guy's eye and smiled, he was there to entertain and like a pro he wasn't put off his stroke by catching someone's eye.
