is it just me, having problems with the video / audio sync?
the audio suffers from a severe delay right as from the start of the song. At least that´s what happens when playing the file on my bluray player

Hmm, could be. Well, you can demux the audio from the MKV, sync it with some software and mux back together with MKV again using MKVMerge. No video quality will be lost that way.
