Yeah, this character have to be banned, but we need, at least, 1 administrator... This thing also happened with L-R-TIGER, rocknrolllover, and some users who announces his new clothing enterprise... I mean, if Richard Orchard makes me an admin., or makes someone an admin, this place would be nice!

We DO have an administrator. The real issue that we have is the laissez-faire free speech view that's allowed the trolling to get as bad as it has in the first place! It had noble intentions well over a decade ago, but it is compatibly out of date with today's online environment (think like in a 'Windows 95 trying to exist today' kind of problem)
