It is Spike, you can actually see him in the back of the stage, near Freddie's Piano.
Never knew Freddie didnt liked Spike I read an interview many, many years ago and Spike was talking about his first birthday in a Queen gig, Freddie (as far as I remember) even did a party for him and asked the audience to sing Happy birthday.
