I'm now downloading Dallas and Madison Square Gardens, both the FLACs and PAL multi source. Many thanks for the advice that lead to that choice, and thanks to the tapers and releasers (not that any tape is involved any more, but we still call them tapers...)

The last Toronto show is excellent overall - definitely a worthy show for being one of the best!
I always knew I was a star And now, the rest of the world seems to agree with me-Freddie Mercury

Owen, huge recommendation, check out the 2nd Vegas Show, the audio is fantastic, and i know that no one can replace Freddie of course. but im my estimation Vegas 2nd night is probably one of the best sounding recordings since Freddie departed!

I look forward to your recording of it. I'm hoping to make a multicam HD video of the last concert :)

I've been playing the Dallas FLACs. It's taking time, but Lambert is very gradually getting better.

I'd still rather have Paul Rodgers any day of the week, but we've got what we've got and take it or leave it.

I've played both the Dallas and New York FLACs now. They're both great shows, but the Dallas recording has a lot of bass boom and is tiring to listen to as a result. The Madison Square Gardens FLACs on the other hand have fantastic audio quality, so if anyone has been following this and is undecided I'd say go with MSG.
