Needless to say, it is to the chagrin of most Canadians that we get lumped in with Americans far too often. But anyone who has visited both Vancouver and St. Louis surely can tell the difference !

Yeah indeed it is a bit of a sore spot for us. We ARE technically part of the American continent, however the use of "American" itself has been attached to refer to the country or the people of the USA.

Even with all the fees it'd still probably be less. Amazon.co.uk is more than double the price !

What does the North American deluxe edition contain (not European super-deluxe)?
If it only contains the Blu-Ray and 2 CD's, I will by the video and music separately and save money.

It should be the exact same box. The description on the different Amazon sites and the images are all identical.
