"Queen's Gold" 4x10" record.

I have for years a 4x10" record in my collection.
Title: "Queen's Gold".
It seems to met it's from a japanese 1985 concert.
Is it the same as the dvd "Final Live In Japan"?

I've looked it up and found this: http://www.discogs.com/Queen-Queens-Gold/release/4386820 Seems to be a pirate compilation of live songs (I'm assuming it's all live stuff since it's not explicitly stated) culled from various sources. And it's clearly not (at least for sure, entirely) from the Japan '85 DVD since there are songs from the AKOM album plus the Magic Tour covers medley in that tracklist. Only a good listen will help identify what concerts and sources these come from. Edit: Just noticed "Goin' Back" is on there as well, so this is more likely a studio/live compilation pirate release.
