By the way it's nice that your copy has no on screen logos.
The LPCM audio from the original share syncs quite nicely.
After de-interlacing the video as well, it looks and sounds pretty respectable on my TV.

Barry, maybe the audio can be improved by dubbing the audio from the old version into my video... Feel free to edit my version if you want and share the result :)

Also your interlaced share looks better on an LCD TV if de-interlaced.
Some people prefer to maintain the original interlacing, so I wouldn't re-share my re-encoded edit for that reason.
