Are you sure? I always thought it's Overkill from Men at Work.
Edit : I now compared both songs on Youtube and it's definitely Run To You. Funny, the sax bit is basically the same in both songs!

it's a guitar. holy s**t... how do people not know Run To You? if you're under 25, listen to it, if you're over 25, you should know it. If there is one Bryan Adams Song to know besides Summer of 69 and Everything I Do I Do It For You,,,, it's RUN TO YOU. It's one of his few actually good songs... ie. not just the usual radio cheese.

^ what he said.
He was pretty solid in the 80s, but I'd still say his strongest album was 18 Til I Die. Not a single steamer in that pile.

Well in Overkill it sound like sax, and the 240p version of Run To You which I found sounded similar, but with the shitty quality it was really hard to tell.
And no, I don't know Bryan Adams' rock era, for me he was always the singer of the 90's ballads

I agree about 18 Til I Die. Surprisingly really solid album even after his turn to the soft side :)
