Am I the only one that thinks queen forever should not be viewed as the 16th album. We've been told it will be compilation with only 3 new songs. So should we consider it the 16th album

I suppose it's up to the individual if they want to consider it the 16th Album or not. I mean "Made in Heaven" was full of Remixed tracks that we already had. So if "Queen Forever" only has 3 new tracks & some remixed versions, should we consider it an Original album? & for that matter "QGH 3" had tracks/versions that were not on any other album???
Does it matter ?
It should be considered like Queen Rocks. A compilation album with reworked track/s.

Are we sure there are only 3 new tracks on the album? That would be a major disappointment if that is true. I'm pretty sure there will be at least 4; Love Kills, Let me in (your heart again), There must be more to life than this and either/ both Victory and State of shock.
and maybe more...
State of shock victory would jacksons estate ok it
So far, the only unheard track (in some form or other) is Victory...I really hope Greg has found something that is outstanding that Roger & Brian have now got to finish.

Oh dear, who said WE view it as Queen's 16th album proper? I always viewed it as a compilation, because that's what they said it is going to be. Roger made it perfectly clear in an interview with a Polish magazine that a second album like "Made in Heaven" it will be not.
Some people will and it is listed as the successor to made in heaven
"Listed as a successor"... I don't know what are you talking about, really.
Ok sir
It seems to sit in the same basket as Made In Heaven to me. And to most more casual Queen fans who don't know the solo albums, I reckon it WILL be viewed as the 16th Queen studio album, because all the tracks will seem to be new. And the mainstream is where the album will be classified IMO.
