But this is a picture, isn't it? There is a rumor the director of the Budapest show filmed Cologne from that position, but after that, he used the tape to record the hungarian show.

Is not a bad idea, i think. Metallica upload a few songs of every gig filmed with one camera in their youtube channel, i imagine for their fans is a big deal.

I would love to see a gig filmed from that prospective, how ever I would imagine many wouldn't and some would feel short changed.

However if this was offered as on option/bonus on a live DVD it would be great. Most multi camera shoots have a hard focus camera which doesn't move and is used for long wide shots, so it would be quite easy to put together an alternate edit which only featured this type of view.

Impossible. If he filmed Cologne using film and not videotape (like Wembley), those can't be erased to film again. Or can they be used again?
