That could be the Version that was used, the 'cleaned' version has more colour and a softer picture. It also sounds like a the audio has been replaced with the snow dvd audio!

New contrast revealed colors. Audio sounds like left chanel from original video. What about this?

It was made from that version. It was shared accidentally if I remember well, I'm not sure if some persons wanted me to share it. And it still has both ('9' and 'QUEEN') watermarks. I think this copy is too bright - http://imgur.com/82iMLSu

So you have already done the whole REC broadcast? There were some play back problems with the original transfer as I recall though.

It was just a sample, I didn't process whole recording. I'm not sure about the colors.

They used a partial U-MATIC master found on the Canal 9 archives. I know because I was there when they transferred it (I am in the credits of this REC Special).

Or even a transfer of the complete airing of the concert by Canal 9 in 2009 (from a safety copy) according to this quote from queenlive.ca.

The complete concert was filmed and later broadcast on TV (Canal 9). The original broadcast was seen by about 35 million people, and included clips of the gear being loaded in and the stage being assembled, as well as commentary between songs by Juan Alberto Badía. A copy of this video has since been shown at fan conventions, and clips have been seen in many documentaries. An hour-long version of the video from the TV station's master copy is circulating amongst collectors.

Get Down Make Love was omitted from a later broadcast in 1991, likely due to government censorship. It was deleted from the master tapes, but a safety copy was eventually located by Canal 9 in the early 2000s. They aired a special on the Argentina 1981 shows on November 10, 2002, which included much of the first half of this show, and the complete concert was eventually aired by the network in 2009.

- The show wasn't re-broadcasted in 1991, as Canal 9 didn't have the rights anymore. It was re-broadcasted only in 1981.
- Get Down, Make Love was omitted 100% because of censorship. The song was blacklisted and it was even omitted from the 1981 reissue of News Of The World. It wasn't deleted from the master tapes, though.
- The complete concert wasn't aired by Canal 9 in 2009, as they don't have the full masters.

Thanks for this info, I had my doubts about that 2009 broadcast. So the original broadcast in 1981 contained GDML, but the re-broadcast later that same year didn't? As regards the partial u-matic master, you didn't mention if you have a copy?
