I have found the deluxe box online here in NZ for $100NZ. Also seen it on another online store for $190NZ.

You only have nationals CDs ($370) and DVDs ($150).

Can't find any version of Rainbow here, in Brazil. No national production and no one getting it from USA and selling it here. The only choice is buy it from outside and pay the taxe$... :|

Yep, JB Hi-Fi have it for $160. I brought mine from Amazon.com - even with the postage (and it came in an ENORMOUS box) it was around $NZ100.
