For an archive boxset/s it doesn't have to be stunning quality or complete songs or have full multi-tracks. Rough versions, scraps of songs can also be interesting to fans. Sure it would not form a proper 'studio album' but if it was presented as such in archive format then what is the problem?

I'm sure many fans would like to also hear stuff like how songs progressed. Remember all those versions of 'Strawberry Fields Forever' on the Beatles Anthology? How the different versions showed the progression of the song to what it became? Well that would be good for Queen too. Imagine if there were a few versions of a track like 'The Show Must Go On' where there are preliminary versions that are different, different instrumentation, different harmonies, etc. kind of looking into how Queen worked in the studio. Interesting yes?

They could do (I know I have said this many times before) different formats for releases, like with Rainbow. A 2 CD version aimed at the Joe Public crowd with the best stuff on there - then release the boxset alongside it with the more comprehensive stuff on there for the fans. If there is enough material for 3-4 boxsets so much the better.

I'd love to listen to the imaginary unused tracks from Queen II and the whole other album's worth of songs from The Game.[/QUOTE]

Only two usable tracks remain from The Game...full Freddie vocals on Rock It and Sail Away Sweet Sister...I got that from an absolutely reliable source...but that's enough for me...they are two of my fave tracks on my favorite Queen album ;)
