My aunt has written a fantasy story book for young adults. She is a heavy Queen fan, and has titled most chapters with a line from various Queen songs. Naturally she has attributed the quotes to Queen and mentioned the song's name.
Well, the thing is that I feel she could get in trouble for this with QPL, and that she should get some formal permission from them..? Whoever is advising her does not seem to think that way. But I am concerned. Does anybody really know whether she needs permission or not?

titles are ok, lyrics/lines from songs are not.
it can get expensive, quickly.

Thanks tons, brENsKi. I e-mailed her the info. It is very clear.

goodco, according to brENsKi's article use of song names is allowed. But not lyrics. I must watch season 8 of the 70's show. Just out of curiosity.
