Queen + Adam Lambert
"Once In This Lifetime"
Summer Sonic Festival Tokyo, 17 August 2014
Marine Stage, QVC Marine Field, Chiba, Japan
Source: Matrix of Adam's IEM audio with an excellent audience recording
Label: XAVEL-HM-026
Lineage: Original CD > EAC > CD Wave (to adjust track split points) > FLAC Level 8
Audio Rating: Excellent
Notes: Split points of tracks have been improved from the original CD using CD Wave: e.g. "I Was Born to Love You" in the CD started during "Under Pressure"; this has been fixed. Trader's Little Helper was used to check for SBEs in case (although CD Wave should not create SBEs). If you want the original CUE files of the CD, PM me.

I've just replaced the Mega link. The Mega folder was behaving very strangely
ETA: Still some strange shit going on with Mega. It's double listing my Disc 2. I'll reupload again
ETA 2: Reuploaded the files. Looks like it's fixed now. That was annoying, sorry!

I'd like to listen the IEM by itself...

From first listen, it appears that the IEM feed is prominent in the mix (maybe 65 to 70 per cent), if that helps! Once again, it's a very well balanced IEM - doesn't appear that too much has been done to it during mixing. The 19,000Khz tone that is common in IEMs seems to be there, too (the biggest giveaway that something is an IEM as opposed to an ALD or SBD tape).
Some IEMs that are out there are hideous - dry drum sound, guitars non-existent, interference in feed. U2 ones are known for having click tracks present, too.
The holy grail would someone be recording all the IEM feeds used at these shows. I'm not sure if Roger or Brian are using them yet, but Neil probably will be on bass.

I've listened to it and I agree with most of what you said but still want to listen the IEM alone, the rest of the mix doesn't help to listen to some details in the IEM

When I was looking to purchase this CD, I did try looking for a release that had only the IEM source but nothing showed up :(
Disc 2 of this release that I found is the only other IEM version of SS Tokyo (NEW TATTOO-584) it seems, but it also says matrixed version in the description. Plus it's not a seamless matrix of the concert as it omits Brian's solos. I guess the taper isn't releasing the IEM by itself as it's more profitable to be releasing permutations of the matrix lol
