It doesn't show on stats as well as it does on watching games. But Kobe Bryant holds the damn ball either 10-12 seconds of every possession he gets.

AND

There IS NO TEAM considered in ANY of his activity.

He draws the double team in crucial time but beyond that he just lingers and holds the fucking ball forever.

The guy is the ANTITHESIS of ball movement.

His game is a bowl movement.

The Lakers have HAD a great PREMISE and a great PROMISE every season. But this kind of hoarding is detrimental to any kind of league playing.

Anybody follow the nba?

Anybody else think that he's officially skull fucking the Lakers out of contention?

Dear Matt :)

I suggest you to leave your country....you are far too clever...I can only imagine how much you have to suffer. Wouldn`t be Paris/Berlin/London/Rome a nice kind of place for you ?...
With other words...Kobe is a gifted individual but NOT a team player...your observation is totally correct.

As a former minor league player (PG) I get in touch with NBA-broadcast and statistics once or twice a week.

I'd recommend Bill Simmons's Book of Basketball to anyone............has some good parts about "the secret" to winning championships (basically teamwork!)...........

I'm a Detroit Pistons fan........the years they won championships (89, 90, 04, and damn near won em a few more times), now that was a TEAM...........
I'll take you to the Seven Seas of Rhye

Da Bulls dethroned the bullying Pistons to launch their dynasty (91-93 & 96-98).

The local station that televised the Bulls in '91 had Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down" in response to the "basketball" thuggery of Bob Laimbeer, Rick Mahorn, Isiah Thomas, and Dennis Rodman.

While Piston fans had to suffer with 'Can't Touch This'.

Don't forget that the Pistons mastered what the so-called Laker and Celtic 'choirboys' were doing. Or that Isiah, Dumars, Vinnie and BILL Laimbeer could flat out shoot.

They lost Mahorn to the expansion draft after their first title. Kudos to the Bulls afterwards......who at times had exPistons Edwards, Salley, and Rodman on their roster.

Kobe who? I rarely pay attention to what 'The Real Housewives of Bristol' insist on jamming into our heads

Exactly!!!! And remember, the Pistons had Rodman when he still seemed like something of a normal member of the human race............lol
