The problem is that whoever runs this site and has the possibility to moderate it (or appoint someone to moderate it), has absolutely no interest in doing so.
This is like the society with bad laws.
If you share an enhancement of an old concert which was released, they delete your thread.
If you troll every thread you can with stupid, off-topic, personal and childish comments, you don't get banned.

If we're talking about <b>official</b> releases here, regardless of when they were released, they don't have a choice! QPL's lawyers were on Barb and Richard's backs back in 2008 about the 24-track leaks that were being distributed at the time, so we know for fact QPL monitors this site. They'll turn a blind eye to bootlegs since we don't sell those, however anything to do with officially released product cannot be allowed here. That's why it's outlined in the sharing rules so prominently.
