And this is why I love this forum. Thanks so much !
Nitroboy - be sure to use this one too. It's the best-sounding song from any of the audience sources.

Thanks for sharing although I actually own the aforementioned master cassettes.
I played them to death in the 80s and then ended up doing a one-off transfer to CD in order to do a trade with someone in Italy (for the Sao Paolo video if I remember correctly). I then retired the cassettes and they are sealed up in the loft somewhere.
Quite pleased at how the sound has come out though after all these years.

... which they hoarded for years. Was that your intention? Because it was certainly theirs. I remember the discussion here, at least ten years ago. Hoarding is one thing, but obtaining the recording in public only to hoard it is as low as it gets.
I'm glad this can finally see the light of day.
Did you tape the show yourself? Either way, thanks for getting this one out there. Much appreciated.

I didn't record it myself nor indeed did I even attend the gig as I was only 12 at the time. I remember seeing an advert for the show in the local paper and asking if I could go and was politely told "No".
I bought the tapes from the original taper in early 1983 just after the 'Tube' broadcast on Channel Four in January of the same year.
It was not my intention to hoard and indeed have shared my meagre recordings before - here for example:
