Its funny how Queen fans seem to really like other really crap bands.. Rush... Kiss.. and something called 'Dream Theatre'? Are Queen the exceptionally good band in a mountain of dross or part of it??

Put on Exit Stage Left and listen to some of the best rock music ever created. Nothing in the Kiss catalog remotely compares to its depth and diversity.

Or put on 2112, Moving Pictures, Hemispheres, Signals, etc, etc......

by the way.........Clockwork Angels is the freakin bomb...................
Yup. Rush is probably the only one of the 70s bands who are still creating music that is consistently reviewed as being about on par with their classic era. Snakes and Arrows was excellent as well.
I'd put Black Sabbath in that discussion as well..............13 is excellent...........(if you can get past the Rick Rubin production.....luckily I can tweak the EQ on my audio player to a ridiculous degree......)

My next mission is to try to track down the other Rush show I saw....from the Test For Echo tour (the only tour in which they played all of 2112! I about lost my mind when I heard the opening notes of that............)

I got into Rush just after that tour, after Neil's wife and daughter died. Nobody knew if they'd ever play again, so I never thought I'd ever get to have the Rush experience.
Fortunately that wasn't the case, and I've seen them seven times.

used to be an awesome source for bootleg dowloads.
I have not been there for a year or so, but in the past there
was some fantastic stuff from a large variety of bands
(including Queen).

I've got a ton of Zep and Nirvana stuff saved. A bit of the Page & Plant No Quarter tour and some stuff of The Doors saved somewhere.
