Are these rare? Or highly collectible?

Not overly rare. Collectable to an extent, but I wouldn't expect it to achieve a massive price. If we were talking a promo of Queen/Queen II first press, it may have a better shout tbh, but unless they have something "unique" about them, it's pretty much just bog-standard.
