The work of Queenzone's echosun I believe. I hope he's the one behind the listing and not someone else ripping it off. It's been offered on this forum previously (for free) but is an excellent piece of work.
If the creator has decided to sell it good on them - it's well worth the money if not under priced in my opinion.

yes its me , cheers guys. and thanks for the link. the book needed heavily updating and i decided to sell it for a reasonable price. I contacted brian about it but have not heard anything as of yet.
