Television Adverts/Commercials (NOT Queen related....)

A post I made on facebook last week, linking to a well known British TV advert from the past, stirred up quite a bit of humour and nostalgia.

So it got me thinking about what my favourites have been over the years.

Love them or hate them, the power of adverts is unquestionable. Some are so poor you don't take it in, some are so wonderful they leave a lasting impression. They can evoke all sorts of emotion,whether through comedy or powerful message, and sometimes the sentiment behind the advert is greater than the product they're selling.

Some nice commercials there that I haven't seen! (That 2nd 'Drambuie' one is trippy! lol)

Of course, today is THE biggest day for TV commercials in the USA...........

That's why I like the second Drambuie one lol. It's like looking into the mind of Dali. Well, to me anyway lol.

Pink Floyd one is "trippy" also :p

That Pink Floyd one reminds me of Rush's Fly By Night album......lol

Do you mean the albums are similar, or the adverts for them are similar. Sorry, I've never bothered with Rush to know lol.
