Seems that I need to purchase new headphones. My old ones are starting to lose contact in the left ear.
What would you suggest in budget up to about 70 eur? Thanks.

Just go to one of those high end audio shops and test out a dozen pair hanging on the wall. You'll find one you like.

Sony MDR-V6s are amazing headphones!

I have a Sony MDR-NC8. It's great. Not "The Best Of The Best", but cheap and excellent. They even have a Noise Canceling system inside the headphones that "reduce unwanted ambient noise and provide a quieter environment to enhance your listening experience for 80 hours per battery. Battery incluled"
I don't know the price where you live. But they're good!

I tend to go for Sennheiser myself, but there are significant differences in quality within their range, even in models of comparable price. Listen to The Real Wizard - then listen to a fair number of headphones. One tip - bring a cd you know *really* well to use for the comparison.

Yes, if I had very good quantity of money to invest in headphones, I would go directly to any Sennheiser.
Maybe you could bring a Greatest Hits CD? It's the best. You have funky songs, opera-rock songs, pop-rock songs, a vodevil song, ballads. A good variety to buy a very good pair of headphones.

Rarely use headphones other than in ears, but when I do - Sennheiser.
