Penis reduction surgery

Has anyone else had this procedure? I cannot cope with my massive appendage anymore.. I need to stop being a porn star and do something worthwhile with my life.. any advice gladly accepted.. :-(

SURGERY UPDATE: I have decided to forego the surgery and keep my massive wanger*. I guess its just something I am going to have to live with :-(
