You're right. Queen as a brand it does exist.
Queen as a creative band with Freddie Mercury recording on tape inside a studio? That's part of the past. Brian and Roger can tour with whomever they want and call themselves Queen but we all know that Queen as a whole is gone.
Made in Heaven was a huge success, because it was the first work with Freddie's voice after his death. Only four songs were recorded after Innuendo sessions, only three released on MIH with Fred's voice (fourth is Lost Opportunity and we all know that Brian sings on that one, no Fred involved as far as we know). Take Made in Heaven as a tribute to Freddie, same as Queen Rocks (compilation)

You guys can argue on a Queen forum as you want.
As far as 99.999% of people are concerned, Queen died with Freddie Mercury. "Ex-Queen" is not a stretch of the imagination for one of their members playing a show in 1994 when there was no plan for the band to continue full time without Mercury.
In the last 20 years, there has not been a Queen album or a Queen tour. It has been Queen + someone else because Queen doesn't exist anymore.
To argue otherwise is ridiculous. It's not like AC/DC where they found another singer and created an album that ended up becoming one of the best selling albums of all time.
Or were there songs in the last tour's setlist from after 1995 that everyone seemed to miss?

Before someone mentions I Was Born To Love You (the Made in Heaven version) being played during the Queen + AL tour... well that's still a song by Freddie Mercury's solo career LOL

Not at all, in fact I personally agree that Queen proper died with Freddie, for me.
I just don't attempt to pass off my personal opinions as fact as you have been doing. It's self evident that Queen were both a legal and creative entity, and that at the time of writing that sign, Taylor was actually in the middle of recording a Queen album. Those are facts. Everything you have said is opinion.
Although kudos for not fabricating patently absurd statistics to attempt to support your masquerading of opinion as fact, as the Real Wizard has just done.
