I definitely disagree on that.
Online, Zeppelin and Genesis fans are overall far more intelligent than Queen fans. Queen forums attract a lot of people with double digit IQs.
Furthermore - an uncirculated 8mm video was just shared, and a grand total of three people have shown an interest. Need I say more?
On a Zeppelin forum, if a new 8mm video from this period popped up, we'd already be at page 10 of people analyzing every frame of the footage - and page 25 if it were a new show.

About half of the human population has an IQ lower than 100, so of course there's going to a lot of people with double digit IQ. Nothing wrong with that.
Furthermore: is analyzing every single frame of an 8mm film nessecarily a sign of intelligence?

Ha, I knew someone would catch that one...
Of course I'm not equating those two things per se.
But really - would this place be richer if this thread was ten pages of people analyzing this footage instead of people sparring over who can share what? If people were smart enough to know the difference between what they can and can't control, then they'd post more appropriately.
So yeah, I'd say this place is not living up to its potential, with intelligence being one of many factors.

My last official IQ test result was 147, although I've hit 161 and 177 in recent mock ups. I like a bit of Zep now and again but not a fanatic, and I cannot stand Genesis.
That said, if I see one more bit of shitty, blurry Queen 8mm or a ridiculous argument about who can share what and when, my brain will melt so badly I'll be lucky if I hit a double digit IQ ;) :p

On queenlive.ca, there is a third recording which is a merge of two sources. I think this one has never been shared anywhere as I have never heard GSTQ from this show. I guess the best would be to use the It's Late But Not To Late bootleg and this 3rd recording to make the best recording available. Is it something someone is planning to do? Otherwise, I would love to do it but I don't have the 3rd recording. Thanks.

It's frustrating, all the incomplete and inferior copies out there. This is but another:
So yes, it's indeed possible to do a merge of these sources, but with the good copy of source 1 out there somewhere I just don't feel inspired to spend the time when it still won't be the best possible product.
I've done my digging, but can't find that copy. Maybe one day.

It's a shame that the copies of this show are not better, I think it is really one of the best concerts of the tour with a mad audience. Hope one day a better copy will appear.
