If anyone has the original CD cover art (from the 1997 release) of Ghost of a Smile, including the booklet, would it be possible to share it in High Resolution please?

Also, a question - is there any difference between Gettin' Smile and Ghost with a Smile. apart from the 2 bonus tracks? I mean are the 6 Smile tracks the same versions/masters?
