For UK buyers, don't forget to add £12 UPS handling fee and 20% VAT on the total.

I guess it depends if your customs decide to pick the item up. I ordered the Rainbow deluxe edition from Amazon US and our customs never picked it up. I paid 50€ for the whole thing including shipping. It costs around 150€ if you go buy it here. My Genesis box got picked up though so I had to pay the VAT ugh.

In France, UPS warn systematically customs : with my rainbow LP copy from amazon.ca, it was €4 for customs and €18 for UPS. On the other hand, last time I ordered from US, it came with USPS and I wasn't charged with custom or handling fees. Maybe if your able to choose your carrier you can avoid that ...
