Queen Super Bowl Sun City, Bophuthatswana South Africa 19 October 1984 Originally shared by Anthony aka City-in-the-Sun at Queenzone.com (2009 part 1 and 2015 part 2) Edited by Ale Solan Here it’s the amazing soundboard show at Sun City shared at 2009 (part 1) in MP3 format only and now in 2015 (part 2) Pitch ran about at a semitone (approx.) slower so I corrected it using GoldWave... now I’ve downloaded Anthony’s original MP3 files (parts 1 & 2, single files each part) and done the same process but now split onto tracks and encoded to FLAC (to avoid gaps between tracks for those of you who might want to burn to Audio CD) Lineage for this version: SBD > ? > City-in-the-Sun’s original MP3 single files (parts 1 & 2) > decoded and edited using GoldWave -pitch correction and tracks split- > encode to FLAC level 8 using Trader’s Little Helper (aligned on sector boundaries) No other editing or equalization done. Just speed correction and track splitting. I like raw versions so this is mine, grab it if you like it. Also including the preview MP3 file shared by Anthony at the Serious discussion forum (also pitch corrected and encoded back again to MP3 128 kbps) and a very nice interview to Brian & Roger from 1986 talking about the Sun City gigs, Irish radio clip kindly shared by Marknow at the original thread: http://www.queenzone.com/forums/1184978/hot-news-first-link-to-unleash-queen-breaking-out-part-1.aspx?page=3 Artwork and PDF info file included in the torrent Program tour scan courtesy from QueenConcerts.com Disc 1: (44:04) 1. Some people after a long time of posting at Picasa still don't have it quite clear about downloading the covers in full resolution

Remember to click the "download" button above every cover at Picasa ;)

Thanks for this Ale Solan.

I was under the impression that a new transfer was about to be made from the original tape to FLAC. Is there any news on this?

No news about that. Let's give it some time. Anthony went thru a rough patch and still settling down...
