Queen Forever - Vinyl Box Set

Hi All,

Anyone want to share their thoughts on this release?
Got my copy last Friday and it's quite a nice box set.
The only thing I didn't like was the etching on the back side of the LMIYHA 12''. It looks a bit cheap somehow.. don't like the technique.
I prefer the old etchings, i.e. TSMGO and Scandal 12'' back side.

I'd like to know if anyone in the UK bought the Rainbow boxset from Amazon.com and whether it was delivered by UPS or Royal Mail.
Still contemplating saving a bob or three by buying the US release.

If it was sent by UPS, you got it delivered by UPS.

I've bought Rainbow from amazon.ca, and that was the case. But to France, not UK :-) Even with custom duties that was cheaper than bought in Europe.

Anyway, I wonder if my currency converter is wrong :

Yes, I ordered mine from Amazon.ca and it got delivered by UPS, including their handling fee.
Whether the same went for deliveries from .com is what I'm trying to find out.

No. your converter is NOT wrong, and that's why i want to buy from the US.
It's also not amazing, it's taking the piss out of European fans.

I wonder if anyone is going to order both the North American and European versions? ... and then cancel their order for the European version from QOL at the last minute ...

I wonder if mastering of LMIYHA and TMBMTLTT will be different (better) than as appeared on the CD version...

Ultimately bought mine from Amazon.it (italy).
It actually despatched from Amazon UK and so I had it within 2 days.
Cost me £65 delivered. That's £30 LESS than Amazon UK sell it for. Unbelievable!

I live in England by the way.

Here in Holland it also cost me 65GBP (92EUR).
Ordered at bol.com. Still way too expensive though.

It's already back in its seal, in the closet.
