Don't quite understand why everybody thinks this is so good. The Live at the Bowl version from '82 blows this one so far out the water it's not even funny. Too bad none of the sheep in the audience probably know that version.
although i am Dutch, i am certainly not a fan of Waylon. I give him a little credit for trying, but this version of Somebody To Love, they screwed it up. And why does he even want to duet with Freddie, it makes no sense at all.

I was happily surprised when i was watching. The duet thing is something that happens within the DWDD program, they do it every month i think. So when Waylon said he was going to pay tribute to Queen and especially Freddie, i was baffled...It's a tribute in an otherwise anti-Queen environment. The host of the show hates Queen and I thought it was nice actually.
We love you Mandy!
I did like the fact they choose this song.

Certainly not a bad attempt but less than George Michael's version.

Too bad they didnt use Montreal 81 or the Bowl version because Freddie's singing there is unbelievable.
You ain't seen nothing 'till your down on the muffin...;)
Aergh...

I was hoping for a posthumously discovered and leaked interpretation by the great Waylon Jennings. ... that woulda been somethin.
