Is QOL as bad as some Facebook Groups out there? God some people need lives. :D[/QUOTE]
It is just a small-minded, bitchy little site. If you are not in with the gang and you state your mind then JLP and his bitches just try and make things difficult.
For me, the last straw was the double standards on display concerning the way QAL fans were treated there - they would get shot down by the usual crew
but if they retaliated JLP would stick his oar in and
give them a warning (like we were all at school or
something!). I am not a big QAL fan, but I am a fan
of free speech and equality.

Good point you make, especially when you consider that Queen Productions, particularly Jim Beach regard Queenonline as the official point of contact above the bands own fan club.

Exactly. The fact is that Queenonline is getting such a bad name because of the way some people are treated on there. I have seen blatant homophobic attacks on there that have been ignored by site admin because the poster was someone in 'their circle'; but other fans have been warned/pm'd or even banned because they have opposed the views of JLP (site admin). It should not be allowed...
...and it should certainly not be allowed on the official queen website.
