To be honest, I had to use Google to find out what the E3 and the other stuff is all about.
Actually I`am not much in Gaming these days, back in the days I had several Home Computer like the Commodore 128 and an AMIGA 500.....
But I have attended the "Cebit"in Hannover two or three times in the early 90`s. I think that I`am one of the first 10.000 normal people who saw a Intel Pentuim CPU :)

Yeah, I remember those computers... Lots of good old hardware!
As for the E3, it's mostly about Video Games, of course, but you usually get a lot of info about other stuff as well:
This year we had a "Pre-E3" presentation: Oculus Rift (Virtual Reality headset)
There will be news about Windows 10 and Direct X12 (software used for audio/video production) and I think some new audio/video cards from Nvidia.
HoloLens (Augmented Reality)
And of course, PC/Console gaming and more Virtual Reality hardware from Sony.
