Question regarding Las Palabras De Amor sleeve

Today i was scanning some of the Queen 7 inch singles sleeves and when i got to "Las Palabras De Amor" it made me think.
Do any of you know who the baby is on the front cover? I guess it's one of Brian's, John's or Roger's kids. Felix maybe?

The same baby they used on the cover of Nirvana's nevermind. It never aged.

What's all this nonsense about it being the baby on the 'Nevermind' cover? He wasn't born until several years after a Queen used that shot on the 'Las Palabras...' single cover!!
