I thought Roger wrote it about John Harris due to his obsession with cars? It's credited in the album notes as well.

As soon as I realised that all Freddies Jazz songs are about cocaine gay sex, I found them all quite amusing.

Especially when you see tough office boys lapping up Don't Stop Me Now.
I woudn't call "Yeah" funny, It's the true mans anthem, agree with pretty much everything else that's been mentioned though. :)
