I had a feeling that that's the guy you were talking about. His video on Stone Cold Crazy... let's just say he teaches you how NOT to play Queen. And the "somethin' like that" comments. Geez.

Ha ha. Found it then? ??

I knew the guy from before. :)

I think he should be the one losing sleep at night, getting undeserved amounts of view on guitar tutorials that people with real talent do much better.

That's so very kind !!!!!
I'm very grateful that you are getting something out of the vids. I don't get too many comments but I don't do it for that. I'm happy that it could be helping out.

I'm not au-fair with promoting my channel as I'm somewhat self-effacing. What I don't understand though is how someone could do for example WWRY lesson and get well over a million and a half views but mine had only 250k after all these years?? ??
I guess big-titted hot chick playing guitar might up the count? Ha ha [/QUOTE]

I believe that because you don't show tabs and many beginners want to learn from tabs and saying for example this phrase is 3rd fret and stuff ...When I first started I didn't watch your videos too much because if you would say for example this solo is based on the Em pentatonic scale and play it I wouldn't understand. Now I can relate and it makes the guitar tutorials faster to learn and with more precision and I can also learn licks from scales that are used in the songs .Meaning that while I learn a solo I also learn more things about the guitar and music in general. Thanks ;)

Hear hear, Your videos are excellent Ludwigs, I have liked them for years (way before I knew who your were, as it were) and have used them a lot to try to fumble my own way through some of my fav tracks, I spend a few hours recently refining my Dont Stop Me Now solo after your video, as I too thought it was less complex than it proved to be. Cheers Sir keep em coming

The fact is that you can just tell that other guy is a dick. Leaving aside his sloppy playing and plagiarising from others...he's just a dick.

You're far superior in every way Ludwigs. Anyone with a shred of musicianship can tell that. Don't let him bother you.

All the best.

I continue to be amazed at the kind words form you guys/gals..

Bo, yes I fully agree with you. He just irks me.

Hey Ludwigs, brilliant as ever, your playing talents seem to be more appreciated here than on "the guitar site" ;)

I'm really enjoying these videos. Amazing stuff.

If I could play Mustapha like that I genuinely wouldn't leave the house.

Yes, it did make me wonder why he decided to do that one seeing as he did one earlier in his channel and he knows I've done it. Ah well..
Tit-for-tat I decided to do the Live Killers Brighton Rock following on from his trilogy of it.

I'm just filming the last few parts of the video 'cover' version that will be the intro for the electric guitars solo section. Not too much longer (he says...)

A tip of the hat from me as well Ludwigs. I love seeing your take on Brian's playing and your detailed tutorials. All you need now is a moustache and to look into the camera as if you're about to order your country into war.

The wait is killing me :) Do you have an ETA for the rest of Long Away, Matt?

Yes, it IS coming. :-) I promise ha ha.
As I write this, I am going to re-film the actual lesson breakdown today (again). The performance video has all been filmed so that just needs 'rendering' and I aim (he says again....) to complete the lesson film today. Once that's complete it should just be a case of quickly notating the various guitars into tab (as a lot don't read music) for inclusion/download.

I'm also just recording the 3 smooth guitars lesson for 'Who Needs You' as well. Re-recording the song as well today as my master copy of my cover got lost so I'm unable to grab the individual tracks. - I did a selection of vids for the acoustic parts years ago so thought the addition of the electrics would be worth including??

This is the very old attempt from 2007.
