Yes, you can contact Richard Orchard or YourValentine but they try to clean the website and address the situation.
The most recent sweep was a month ago... damn... all those passport offers disappeared :)

QZ isn't moderated at all. Admins hardly ever take notice of what is going on here, and even when they are notified there's still little chance of them taking measures.
