Q&AL - Buenos Airies Radio broadcast 25th September 2015

Okay. It's NOT started yet, but I'm told it will be available to listen to HERE:

I won't be in to figure it out and record as I have to work, BUT if anyone else can do it, please do so!

We need as many people as possible to record the show either from the internet or from radio stations (the text says 80 frequencies, so...?)

I'll try to record it. I don't have a professional soundboard, though.

I've set Audacity for the highest quality settings and I'm doing a few test recordings here, adjusting input levels to prevent clipping and checking if the stream is stable enough (no delays or skips after a long time connected).

I'm not hundred percent sure if this is the correct radio stream (got it from [url=http://player.cienradios.com/La100]here[/url], but here's the [url=http://s_mobile.cienradios.com/la100.mp3]direct MP3 link[/url] being streamed right now from that page.
You just need something to save the file continuously.

Thanks Terraj. I'd found the HD page since but wasn't sure THAT was going to be where the concert was being streamed. I'm still not convinced as the concert has now started according to a friend who is there and the station is still playing 'records'
A Q&AL promo banner pops up occasionally and if you click that it takes you to the transmission you found, so....
It's an appalling website with a distinct lack of information.

There are 3 audio streams in that HD link. I chose the highest quality and trying to cap that one.

ETA: oops i forgot to click "record" lol and only discovered after "Somebody to Love". Facepalm. Not that my recording would have worked anyway since my stream keeps buffering.

I'm recording also. Later we can see which stream has the best quality and make a "collage" with the remaining songs not recorded in that source.

Can't somebody just shut the presenter? I want to hear the concert, not what other people say.

Hope to see an FM broadcast source. Quality of streams are ok-ish, even in the "best" quality, sound is distorted. Still don't get why so many radio stations streams in so low quality in 2015, it's like they stopped in 2005. It's like if Youtube only had 360p video 10 years after it's release.

I recorded using soundforge, but it looks like the stream dropped to the 923 kb/s option at some point, so if someone got the higher stream quality, that'd be appreciated, thanks!

Thank you! There's a possibility we got a direct stream rip too so crossing fingers.

I've just announced my recording. Probably not the best, as it's from the webcast, but at least it's a full recording.

Mine is also from the webcast, so I'm gonna keep it for myself (I started recorded since Ghost Town, but with some errors) excepting if I see my version it's the best.
