Can anyone confirm this is correct ? I always thought this was a BBC broadcast

Well. I made this file back in 2011 from a tape I've had for nigh on 20 years and I used the information to hand.
I always tend to add captions at the start of my video clips so that the clip itself is labelled rather than relying on a file name.
If anyone knows any better, the information is ALWAYS welcome.
