Ireland really deserved to win. The euro would be boring without the Irish fans. Sorry about Scotland but I have to think about my team, too...

Don't be sorry about Scotland - it was not the result in Dublin that put us out, it was the result at Hampden. The media had their eyes only on the permutations of where Ireland finished - however, had we held on for 2-1 last night instead of letting Lewandowski back in, we'd have had a chance of catching Poland. They all forgot that. But, as per usual, we found a whole new way of losing out.

Still sorry about Scotland and crossing my fingers for Ireland in the playoffs.
