Hi, I'm engaged into business for 3 years now. So far, its been doing good but not a lot. As a manager, I also would want to have clients surveys and suggestions. I think, I need to know our clients satisfactions and preferences. My friends gave me some advice that it could be for our benefit and it could be a key for improvements and further success. However, how can we do the audit or survey effectively? Please drop me a comment if you have the idea. I hope you could share your point of view. Thanks!
