In the article it says that it's an audience recording, which was traded for a Let It Be vinyl. So, it may be a never heard before cassette recording.

Puebla, Puebla; 22 October 2015. Everything starts with a trade, the album Let It Be of the Beatles, the Queen concert recording made in Puebla. The Dj Cuervo, radio host on Radio Buap, presented on Saturday October 24 at 23 pm the result of this exchange: Audio Concert Queen performed in 1981 in Puebla Ignacio Zaragoza in the stadium.
"A customer in the store Towers Records asked me this exchange," says Crow, who started doing radio 1990, transmitting to Stereo Friendship a program called "25 Andreas Cañedo" where "While there I programmed all the Joshua Tree by U2 and translations of the songs, "says Cuervo.
"The doctor told me that he himself recorded the concert. The audio recording was pregnant and went on to CD, as a result, seven tracks and the voices of the public in the stadium were Ignacio Zaragoza.
"By having the CD in my hands and return the original cassette, I had the idea of ??sharing as an unpublished recording. I mentioned it to the doctor to also give us a live interview as a preamble to the transmission of the concert, which will listen to my radio show Theatre of Souls, university 96.9 FM frequency and www.radiobuap.com.
"The show has very good audio, considering it was recorded with a tape recorder large batteries, which the doctor was carrying and caring. The voices of workers and their choruses are heard," says the DJ Cuervo.

Listened to the broadcast a shame that they stopped after dragon attack. I did record it but at the end of the broadcast the DJ did mention that it will be on CD! Which is pretty nice!
